To lower energy bills and help the environment, the solution lies in Renewable Energy Communities (REC): groups of citizens, small businesses, local authorities, and associations that come together to produce, consume, and manage renewable energy locally.

HOW IT WORKS

Community members install systems to generate clean energy (such as solar panels).

The energy produced is directly consumed by community members (any excess energy can be shared among participants).

Incentives

NON-REPAYABLE GRANT

RECs can benefit from feed-in tariffs on the energy produced and shared, as well as from non-repayable grants for the installation of new systems.

What is a non-repayable grant?

The State covers 40% of eligible expenses for the construction of systems and infrastructures needed for your Energy Community.

45% of the incentives obtained are reinvested in communities, through donations to associations, foundations, or organizations for redevelopment projects, and support for social, sports, and cultural activities.

Campa Energy Solutions is a founding member and info point for the Province of Lecce of GenEthic Spa Benefit, which promotes the creation of Energy Sharing Configurations (CACER), including Renewable Energy Communities (REC) and Self-consumption Groups throughout Italy.
