Foundations and concrete castings
The project started with the foundations, literally. The creation of the foundations and concrete castings was carried out with millimeter precision to guarantee a solid and long-lasting base. This is a crucial step to ensure the stability and safety of all structures that would subsequently be built.
Club House
The Fit 21 Club House is a modern and functional structure, designed to offer visitors a refreshment area and a welcoming reception. The construction includes a steel skeleton and an external cladding in insulated panels, ensuring high level thermal and acoustic insulation. With a surface area of 260 m2, the Club House also includes an area dedicated to changing rooms and bathrooms, equipped with all the necessary comforts for athletes.
Nebula Covers
One of the distinctive elements of the Fit 21 padel center are the two Nebula covers, each 46 meters long. These state-of-the-art structures have been designed to protect the padel courts from the elements, ensuring an optimal playing experience in all weather conditions. Nebula covers are made with high quality materials and are equipped with a connecting tunnel that allows easy access between the two covered areas.
Nebula covers are characterized by a modern and functional design, capable of integrating perfectly into the surrounding environment. Their curvilinear and aerodynamic structure not only gives a pleasant aesthetic, but also ensures optimal resistance to wind and snow loads, respecting all current regulations.
Padel Courts
Inside the Nebula covers, we have installed 3 double padel courts and 1 single padel court, Vision model, for a total of four cutting-edge playing surfaces. The courts were made with high quality materials, designed to ensure durability and excellent performance. The synthetic surface, designed to offer the right balance between friction and slip, allows athletes to best express their abilities, while reducing the risk of injuries.
Each pitch is equipped with a latest generation LED lighting system, which ensures perfect visibility at any time of the day. This system, in addition to improving the gaming experience, helps reduce energy consumption, in line with our sustainability philosophy.
Technologies and Innovation
The creation of the Fit 21 would not have been possible without the use of the most advanced technologies. From the 3D design software that allowed every detail of the construction to be visualized, to the precision machinery used to fabricate and assemble the structures, every phase of the project benefited from innovative solutions.
The integration of home automation technologies within the Club House and covered areas represents a further strong point of the Fit 21. These systems allow you to manage lighting, air conditioning and security in a centralized and automated way, improving comfort for users and the operational efficiency of the centre.
