The Theehuis Uddelemeer, a charming restaurant nestled in the wooded greenery of the Netherlands, has chosen to transform its outdoor space with our innovative Armonik awning. This highly relevant project highlighted the excellence of Italian design and the high-quality engineering of our company. The stand-alone roof measuring 28x11 meters brought a new level of elegance and functionality to the restaurant, offering customers an extraordinary outdoor experience.

The first step of our project was an in-depth meeting with the managers of Theehuis Uddelemeer. During this meeting, we discussed their specific needs, desires and challenges related to installing a stand alone roof. The restaurant wanted a structure that could protect customers from the elements without compromising the view of the surrounding forest. The choice fell on the Armonik tent for its ability to combine aesthetics and functionality.

Once we understood the customer's needs, our design team began working on the layout of the tent. The Armonik tent, with its self-supporting structure and innovative design, proved to be the ideal solution. We created detailed renderings to show how the awning would fit into the restaurant environment, enhancing the outdoor space without obstructing the view.

• Material: S235JR steel structure.
• Dimensions: 28 meters long and 11 meters wide.
• Cover: weather-resistant PVC.
• Opening System: Telescopic with pantographed arm, which allows the awning to be closed within a few centimeters when not in use.

 

The assembly of the stand alone Armonik tent represented an interesting challenge, given its large size and the need to integrate harmoniously with the restaurant environment. The structure was anchored on steel load-bearing columns, without the need for fixing to the wall, guaranteeing stability and resistance even in adverse weather conditions. The installation was completed with great precision by our technicians, ensuring that every detail was perfect.

The last phase involved the aesthetic and functional improvement of the tent. Decorative elements in corten steel have been added, which not only improve the aesthetics of the tent, but also increase its durability. The tent, now complete, offers an elegant and functional retreat for guests of Theehuis Uddelemeer, allowing them to enjoy the views in every season.
